[Daily Observer]Lrr -The Association of Non-governmental Organisations (Tango), in partnership with Concern Universal, over the weekend held a day's sensitisation forum for members of the Technical Advisory Committee of the Lower River Region on the amended 2002 Local Government Act. The forum, which brought together over 50 participants, was held at the Regional Education office's conference hall in Mansakonko.
