[Daily Observer]Lieutenant Abdoulie Dibba alias Borry, of the State Guard in Banjul, Thursday served as the first prosecution witness (PW1) in the outgoing criminal trial involving the state against Pa Saikou Ceesay. The accused is charged with two counts of criminal offences, trespass and threatening violence contrary to the Laws of The Gambia.
