[Daily Observer]Basse -Police in the Upper River Region (URR) have arrested one Kesima Tunkara, a 31-year-old man and native of Sudowol in Kantora District for assaulting a 22-year-old lady from Sare Alpha with a cutlass and injuring her in the process.
