[Daily Observer]The National Youth Council has confirmed that after due and thorough consultations with stakeholders in youth work, a decision has been reached for the National Organising Committee of the National Youth Conference and Festival (NAYCONF) 2012 to host the forth coming National Youth Conference and Festival in Bansang, Central River Region.
