[Daily Observer]Following the demise of Khalifa General Serign Mansour Sey of Tivaoune in the Republic of Senegal which sad event occurred on the 9th December 2012, His Excellency, the president of the Republic, Sheikh Professor Alhaji Dr. Yahya AJJ Jammeh dispatched a special envoy to Tivaoune to attend the funeral and conveyed condolences on his behalf, his family, the government and people of The Gambia.
