[Daily Observer]The Brikama Magistrates' Court presided over by Principal Magistrate Hilary Abeke recently granted bail to one Banna Nyassi in the sum of D500, 000 with two Gambian sureties. The accused is charged with the offence of infanticide, contrary to Section 197 of the Criminal Code, Laws of The Gambia.
