[Daily Observer]The Kanifing Municipal Council (KMC) wishes to inform the general public that approval has been granted by the Hon. Chief Justice of The Gambia for the Council's Magistrate Court to preside over Anti-Littering cases within its jurisdiction with immediate effect, and therefore anybody found wanting will be dealt with in accordance with the law, a press release from the council revealed.
