[Daily Observer]The head of the National Office of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) Sunday disclosed at the Kairaba Beach Hotel that Baboucarr Bouy, permanent secretary at the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education, would be appointed the next WAEC vice chairman.
