[Daily Observer]Police prosecutors on Wednesday filed fresh charges against Abdoulie Tambedou, the former managing director of the Gambia Ports Authority (GPA). The case was brought before Acting Principal Magistrate Dawda Jallow of the Banjul Magistrates' Court. The accused person is charged with two counts of criminal offences -neglect of official duty and economic crime (Specific Offences Act), both contrary to the Laws of The Gambia.
