[Foroyaa]Information reaching this paper reveals that the sand miners and truck drivers at the Sanyang sand mining site are complaining about discrimination and preferential treatment by the officials. "We are paying the sum of D35 dalasi to the Union every day without seeing any improvement in our conditions. There are more than 180 trucks at the site. Imagine how much has been paid in a period of one to eight years," said one truck driver.
