[Daily Observer]The vacation judge, Justice Edrissa F. Mbai of the High Court in Banjul yesterday, 8th April 2013, rejected the bail application filed by Alagie Jobe in the matter of an application for bail under Section 19 of the 1997 Constitution and Section 99 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
