[Daily Observer]The report of the 2012 Joint Session of the Public Accounts and Public Enterprises (PAC/PEC) Committee on the Audited Accounts of the Central Government for the Year ended 2007 and annual reports and audited Financial Statements of Public Enterprise/Agencies for the Year ended 2011 (01st October, 2012 - 07th February, 2013) have deplored the persistent violation of the Public Procurement Act and Regulations and the continuous single sourcing of government vehicles with one vendor by the Ministry of Finance
