[Foroyaa]The ongoing trial of the Obsever Deputy Editor In Chief Mr. Alagie Jobe and co. Mbye Bittaye, an employee of Africell GSM company, suffered another setback at the Kanifing Magistrate Court presided over by Magistrate Hillary Abeke on the 30th of April 2013. When the case was called, the defense counsel S. Gaye announced that he was holding brief for the Defence counsel, E. Jah who is defending the first accused person Mr. Alagie Jobe.
