[Daily Observer]The Presidents of The Gambia and German Weightlifting Associations, Musa Koteh and Dr. Christian Baumgartner, last month signed a Memorandum of Understanding that would enhance the working relationships of the two associations. The signing ceremony took place in the German city of Heidelberg.
