D4 Million Collected by Basse Area Council While Nothing is Spent On Development

[Foroyaa]Following the daily observer Tuesday September 18th, 2012 publication on the revenue collected by the Basse Area Council in six months starting from January-June2012 amounting to over D 4,322,675, out of which the Basse area council claimed to have spent 4,206,760 on council's operational expenses ranging from salaries and other development avenues.
