[Daily Observer]Two persons, namely, Mustapha Fatty and Ebrima Jammeh were on Monday convicted and sentenced by the Kanifing Magistrates' Court, presided over by Principal Magistrate Sheriff Tabally, to pay a fine of D10, 000 each in default to serve a jail term of two years with hard labour.
